ReadyCloud music player?
Hello, new to the community but a Netgear user for years.
Just wondering if there could be an embedded music player added to ReadyCloud? I've gotten things working on a Nighthawk router with attached USB, also a ReadyNAS 104 to where I can log in to ReadyCloud and access shared files. However, streaming only one song at a time is a little frustrating at best... and I haven't found any other way to tap into ReadyCloud.
I'd love to be able to play a whole folder remotely over wifi or 4G on an android device, if it were ever possible. I think there's an opportunity for improvement here.

I prefer plex myself, though the lack of transcoding support on the RN100 can get in the way. The mobile app is not free, but the NAS app is.
However, better ReadyCloud streaming would be good.

You might want to repost this in the "idea exchange for storage".
You could also look into using plex for music streaming.

I did look into Plex and also Subsonic- both seem to add complexity, cost, or both and didn't work "out of the box" as ReadyCloud appears to.
