readycloud running package scripts MAC OS X 10.12.4

Hi, It's my first time here today. 

 

MY first installed readycloud from on my macbook pro OSX 10.12.4, it was work fine and everything smoothing, able to enter and everything, but then stop work. Readycloud keep connection and didn't do anything at all. I thought maybe I should do it uninstall completed by CleanMyMac 3. I go ahead fresh install readycloud but it's stuck install for an hour. I am not sure what i was doing wrong. I've doing my research but couldn't find the anwer or looking for. any help? thanks.Screen Shot 2017-04-13 at 8.45.17 PM.png

      Hello xdrstarx,

       

      This is not a problem on your ReadyNAS hardware since you are still installing the program. It must be something on the computer that is blocking you or a missing component on your computer that is essential in installing this type of application.
