ReadyCLOUD Security Update

ReadyCLOUD has gone through a security update this week. The security update will encounter connection issues if you are running a browser version that is over 12 years old and if you are using an older version of the ReadyCLOUD Desktop Clients.

 

All current versions of Chrome, IE, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc... support the more current standards of security that is required with the ReadyCLOUD server.

 

The ReadyCLOUD Desktop Clients will encounter some connection issues that will require the newer version. There is an update option built into the app that will depend on this same connection method. The only way to get the update is by download:

Windows: http://readycloud.netgear.com/client/install/ReadyCloudSetup.exe

MacOS: http://readycloud.netgear.com/client/install/ReadyCLOUD.pkg

 

 

Note: Connection issues with the ReadyCLOUD Desktop Client may have a message similar to this:

"Network Error

ReadyCLOUD server is unavailable"
