ReadyCloud Still down?
Obviously it is still not fixed, can't use the desktop app or the web portal, everything from don't see any volumes to just sitting there connecting for the last 3 hours. If tyhis nonsense continues ...

Hi aleutian,
The services are back up. Another user who though there was still an outage, found his problems were resolved after he updated to 6.4.1. Have you updated to 6.4.1 yet?
You can update to 6.4.1 via the local admin UI at http://ip.address.of.nas (one way to access this web page is to click setup in RAIDar)

i dont get a message my icon stays gray and i can not right click to give my credentials

Hi Ramonlaar,
It seems that there's a problem with the app installed in your PC. Have you tried accessing your files through the ReadyCLOUD portal page or mobile app?
