ReadyCloud Still down?
Obviously it is still not fixed, can't use the desktop app or the web portal, everything from don't see any volumes to just sitting there connecting for the last 3 hours. If tyhis nonsense continues ...
it seems that this problem still exists i have the same issue (6.4.1 indeed installed)

i dont get a message my icon stays gray and i can not right click to give my credentials

It seems that there's a problem with the app installed in your PC. Have you tried accessing your files through the ReadyCLOUD portal page or mobile app?

NETGEAR Community TeamWeb portal https://readycloud.netgear.com and android mob app still working for me, but Windows Desktop application is not.
I have tried all different version - 1.7, 1.8, 1.9 of windows ReadyCloud clients and few days ago application will just close itself after few mins after starting.
Today application (1.9) manage to sign-in but Conecting... message is there forever.
OS is Windows, version/build is 10.0.10240. NAS is RN102, firmware 6.4.1.
What I have found are Information events in Windows eventlogs from ReadyCLOUD HTTP Server similar to this:
When running http request: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." server has threw exception - /isconnected.js?jasonCallback=jQuery110205753962280310378_1452150650699&deviceid=%nasid%&_=1452150650750
I am away from home and cannot check anything on NAS because client application is not working...
