Readycloud USB = No volumes / USB sticks

Hi everyone, new to the forums. Anyways, I recently picked up a R6400 and having a hell of a time getting the Readycloud working.. I have tried unregistering multiple times and started another account...

Ok so now the IOS app now lets me connect; but why on earth does the Windows app and Readycloud online still show nothing. SO frustrating...
