Readycloud user account upgrade no access
One of my family has upgraded their Readycloud account to a Mynetgear account and they no have no access to the Readynas.
They went through the Bind process and it completed successfully, but now there is no access to the system.
How can I solve this problem?
Peter

So when they go to readycloud.netgear.com they can't access it? Or is a lack of access restricted to e.g. the PC app?
logging in using the my netgear account produces the error You currently have no registered or shared devices - and then all the usual text about using Discover and upgrading your readycloud account to a mynetgear account.
The user has a mynetgar account to which their readycloud account has been bound. The user exists on the Readynas as a cloud user and they have access to shares on the readynas as well.
So I do not know why they cannot access the shares?

Which firmware are they running?
Can you send logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?
Does the MyNETGEAR account show in the ReadyCLOUD settings under Cloud on the web admin page of the NAS?

There was some weirdness in 6.5.2 with ReadyCLOUD and inviting users that we quickly addressed in 6.6.0 -- can you upgrade to 6.6.0, remove the invitee, then re-add the invitee and let me know if it works?
I can check a few things after you try on 6.6.0.
