ReadyCloud / MyNETGEAR Account

I created many cloud users / accounts for shares in the past on my NAS which is running OS 6.XX.XX.  Up till now, I have had great success with little issues.  I have ran into a new issue.  When I try to log into the Readucloud.netgear.com site, it is stating that the email address is for only a ReadyCLOUD account and that I should upgrade to a MyNETGEAR account.  When I proceed with this step, it states that the email is already attached ot a MyNETGEAR account.  I am perplexed and I really, really need this to happen.  Any ideas???
