    Hi
     
    I just got the opportunity to test ReadyCLOUD windows desktop client over a remote
    fixed-line internet connection. I got "Connected(VPN) within 1 1/2 minute and listed
    shares could be accessed but no home shares could be seen.
     
    The RC Desktop client seems working (connection-wise) with local and
    remote (fixed and cellular) network.

Hello uffgnu14,

 

You should be using the upgraded ReadyCloud account which is the same with myNetgear account, please check if you have done the migration to myNetgear account.

           Connecting fine with "readycloud.netgear.com" with both local and cellular network.
