- Jun 13, 2016HiI just got the opportunity to test ReadyCLOUD windows desktop client over a remote
fixed-line internet connection. I got "Connected(VPN) within 1 1/2 minute and listed
shares could be accessed but no home shares could be seen. The RC Desktop client seems working (connection-wise) with local andremote (fixed and cellular) network.Regards,

Hi mdgm
Yes, working fine on my local network.
Unfortunate, I do not have access to a remote network in the near future.
Can also add that the Mobile client, version 1.2.3 for Android, is working fine on both local (WIFI) and cellular network.

Ulf

That's unfortunate as testing on a remote fixed line connection is an important step in isolating the cause of this problem.
- uffgnu14Jun 09, 2016LuminaryHiBesides not beeing able to connect remotely with the ReadyCLOUD Desktop client, I found that when "Connected(Local)"
I don't see any home folders, neither "home", email-address folder or other home folders.
Shouldn't I see any of these when I'm Signed in with the RC admin-account?
With RC Portal I can see all home folders and with the RC Mobile client I can see my home folder.

Ulf- uffgnu14Jun 10, 2016LuminaryHiThis evening ReadyCLOUD Windows client suddenly connected remotely over cellular network
but it took over 3 minutes to get from "Connecting..." to "Connected(VPN)".
As mentioned in previous post I still can't see any home shares.
