Hello uffgnu14,
When you click any of the shared folders this will open Windows explorer, can you see the home share when you go to root directory?

UlfSo how do I sync my home folder using the ReadyCLOUD app if I can't see it? Yes I can get to it through file explorer, but what I want to do is sync my home folder. Please help.

Hello vjohnson,
What you can sync with the computer is a shared folder. A new folder in the computer directory will be created following the name of the share that you synced with it. Whatever file you add to that folder will automatically be added to the ReadyNAS share that is set to sync with it.
Currently that is how the ReadyCloud app is designed.
Have you tried contacting support to ask about this home folder missing the ReadyCloud?
Regards,
