Just some additional info... I had one of my teammates, who could not connect to the VPN, attempt to log in in with another users info who was able to connect (that user logged out first). The interesting thing here is, the user who could not log in with her own credentials still received the message "VPN disconnected" when she attempted to login in with the user credentials of the person who had been logged in, all day.
