Hi. I tried to register on the portal Cloud Ready and gives me error. I tried with firefox and chrome. To try again gives me the message that already exists. Attempt to recover...

Was it the same email address or ReadyCLOUD user ID that you've been using to create a new account? Kindly post it on the thread and mark it closed.

    The email address is the same that I used and the ReadyCLOUD user ID is one of the two I had tried. The computer and browser is the same that had used.
