R8000 & Readycloud Registration failed
Hi Fora,
I have recently updated my R8000 to firmware version V1.0.3.4_1.1.2 and figured I'd give the Readycloud a try.
So I was able to logon online and even with the app, but as soon as I try to connect my R8000 with the EXACT same username and password (please don't ask me if I'm sure :-) ) it gives me the following error:
Registration failed. Please check your user name and password and try again.
Anybody any ideas what I am doing wrong or what might be going on?

Try changing your password to a simpler password. For example: Password123

I also have the same issue. "Registration failed. Check your user name and password and try again".
svanlith I was able to register it on the admin page. Please try one more time. If the problem persists, try to change your password.

Yes, just bought a R8000. When trying to use readycloud I just get "Registration failed. Please check your user name and password and try again." So there is still a issue...
- I have a wndr4300 mine just says registration failed but login to website fine
- WNDR4300 does NOT support ReadyCLOUD
