Remove devices from android ReadyCLOUD

Yes it's ReadyNas Ultra 2 running on OS6.4.1.
I created a new account on ReadyCLOUD, then add new user with this solution http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/22871/~/how-do-i-add-readycloud-users-to-my-readynas-os-6-storage-system%3F
After log in on new account there is only rndu2.

So what is the resolution? I am having a similiar issue as well and can't seem to remove the devices I no longer use/own.
