FWIW, I don't work for Netgear, so the serial number does not help me.
You can see the NAS model on the first page of the Admin Web UI. Likely something like
- ReadyNAS 102
- ReadyNAS 202
- ReadyNAS 212
- ReadyNAS 312
- ReadyNAS 422
It would also be a good idea for you to download the full log zip file from the logs page of the web ui. That will likely have the clues needed to figure out what happened. The logs do roll over from time to time, so it is best to get them early.

Correct, and it's not wise to post the full zip publicly, since there is some privacy leakage.
Note I don't work for Netgear. But I can take a look at the zip if you like. Or ask the mods (who do work for Netgear) - JeraldM or Marc_V
Either way, send a private message (PM) by clicking on the envelope link in the upper right of the forum page. Put the log zip in cloud storage (dropbox, google drive, etc), and include a download link in the PM.
