Services Offline - Replicate failing

I have 2 units, one offsite for backups. The AMIN one with the data on is not connecting, keep getting Services Offline. readycloud shows as online (VPN Disconnected) but it is mainly Replicate I am trying to get to work. it just fails very time. Could it be a P2P issue. the server with all the main data on is the one that is not working, and the one OUT of warranty. The new one connects fine but still does not get the backups from the older server. Tried all the DNS suggestions, different Readycloud logins, different Replicate logins, still nothing. What could be blocking the main server at the office from connecting? This should just work...shouldnt be this much hassle.

      Where do PM's come to as I have not seen one? Have you got a possible solution for this issue?
