services offline

my system was ( finally after update to 6.5.0 0 working all normally.   cloud users were accessing system from pc app, portal and android app.

 

went on holiday.    during holiday there was a short power cut at home.   System seemed to come back normal  -  coluld still access via android app,  but PC app was reporting offline.

 

now home   -  and cannot get cloud users back.   when I access via portal - it reports system is offline - check internet.

the local RAIDar access is OK and can access admin page..   the cloud tab is showing on  -  but cloud users are not showing.

 

After the problems I had in getting past 6.5.0 beta and then the final release I am not too pleased.

 

the system is connected to internet  -  I am receiving email reports  -  one saying that the virus updates are failing because of no internet ? 

 

help please

    just to clear up.   thanks for your help in fixing this problem.  you connected to my PC and could see my system and corrected a couple of things which were incorrect.  quite how the power break of a few seconds changed things that were working perfectly OK before is a mystery to me  -  but all is OK now

    Hello rodcrit,

     

    What do you get when you login at readycloud.netgear.com? If it logs you in and shows you your NAS, what do you see under Manage? It should show you all the invited ReadyCloud users.

     

    Have you tried turning the ReadyCloud OFF and ON?

      thanks for response - really appreciated.

       

      when I log in to ready cloud portal - it says "my system" is offline - check internet..    the manage screen says the same thing. it doesnt get any further than that.  ( my internet is fully active and working ).

       

      on the local admin cloud tab  -   it is showing the readycloud as being on.  when I set it to off - it goes to off and when I set it back to on it goes to on.     but it still shows as offline on the portal login.

       

      locally the system is working OK     it is the cloud access that is a problem.

        What ReadyCloud account is logged in to the admin page cloud tab ReadyCloud settings?
