Hi etis84,
Welcome to the community.
I check with IOS RCLOUD app on ios version 10.3. Find that file with .jpg, .png, .mp4, .mp3, .txt can open correctly.
Is the connection to nas or router fine? What device do you own? Readynas or router?
Would you please clarify your issued file extensions? And i will try.
Best Regards.

Hi,
thank you for your reply.
This concerns a ReadyNAS (problem found with 2 NAS and 3 iPhone).
I just did some complementary tests.
In fact, the default is present only when there is an accented character in the file name or in the path. As I have many file names or folders with an "é", many were not working.
I just made the relationship and I was able to validate :
With the following path:
MyFolder\OtherFolder\Journée.txt
-> white page
If I delete the accent:
MyFolder\OtherFolder\Journee.txt
-> ok!
With the following path:

-> ok!
