User can't see any shares on ReadyCLOUD
I have invited a user to join a shared folder (MyShare) on ReadyCLOUD. He has read/write access to this folder. When I log onto ReadyCLOUD as admin and click this folder it says "My Share is share...

Hi PetGriffin,
It is possible that the ReadyCLOUD ID he used to login via https://readycloud.netgear.com/ is not the same ReadyCLOUD ID that was given Read/Write access to your ReadyNAS share. Will it be possible if you can re-invite the said ReadyCLOUD ID using the correct email address linked to it.
