ReadyNAS 212 readycloud shares gone
Hi, hope someone can help.
ReadyNAS 212, using latest firmware 6.10.3
All shares accessible OK on the LAN.
Stopped working using readycloud - no shares visible to users even admin, except home folders.
I removed the readycloud link using the 'leave' button and then re-joined using the same netgear account - logged in to readycloud and all shares were visible to re-invite users.
invited one user to one share as a test.
email invite came through, but on following the link and signing in, no share was visible.
signed in as the admin user - back to only having home folders visible.
why would this be?
can i roll back firmware??
thanks,
MJ
Hi all,
This issue with the ReadyCLOUD web portal should be resolved now. You may check if you can now see the shares on the web portal.

Hi MJNAS,
Welcome to the Community!
Is this when the users are viewing it on the ReadyCLOUD web portal?
If it is, our Engineering is already aware of this issue and they are working on fixing it. As a workaround, you can use the desktop app or mobile app to access shares they should not be affected by the issue.

Hi, yes this is just on the web portal. Can you keep me updated as to a fix please?
With people having to home work, this is causing quite a headache.
Thanks

Have exactly the same issue on 6.10.3 with RN312.
Unfortunately, Android Mobile APP doesn't show shares as well (((

I have the same issue with the RN424. I hope that the problems will be resolved as soon as possible!

Hi, it's still not fixed - showing no volumesor usb disks, so no shared visible in the web portal. I can't grant access to shares because of this.
They don't show in the desktop or mobile app either.
This must be a major issue - is there anywhere i can check updates?
Thanks,
Jonathan
