Same thing for me. My main account, yesterday, was deleted remotely....i loose over 2TB of data. I don't know if, when ReadClaud service was back online, the deleted user and their data have been restored......my brother had made a factory reset.
I wonder how is possible that a ReadyCloud problem can DELETE remotely my user in my local disk. Incredible...someone can explain how this is possible????
This is a very serious thing!!!! :(

I do not know that is why I made the post. This what I found so far and it does not look good.
I can not find the original post on this web site, but it recommended if you want to recover your data to do this.

I do realize two things after losing data.
1) I never use the home folders again
2) I have lost confidence in the Netgear products.
