WD MyCloud on ReadyCloud
Has anyone been able to mount a WD MyCloud to ReadyCloud? Remote access and USB Content Availaiblity are enabled on the admin page of the device. It is an older model that can be accessed via the WD portal for now, but that will be going away soon. I have a WD - easystore 8TB External USB 3.0 Hard Drive that I plugged in to one of the USB slots on the router and ReadyCloud discovered it with no issues. Just trying to find some potential alternatives. Thanks.

You have posted this to the ReadyCloud section of the ReadyNAS forum, and it looks to me you are looking for solutions for a Nighthawk router, which is a different implementation. You will likely get more responses in the appropriate area of the forum.

I don't think that is possible. MyCloud is a NAS (providing ethernet-connected storage). You can't access the files over USB. What you need for this is a USB hardrive, not a NAS.
