x-raid nv+ 4 2TB HDD but only show as 2738 GB
I have 4 2 TB HDD's in X-Raid but it only shows as 2738 GB, shouldn't this be closer to 6TB of usable space? Running RAIDiator 4.1.16

If disk spindown is enabled, disable it for now. Also if journaling is disabled, enable it.
Then set Frontview > System > Shutdown > Check and Fix Quotas on next boot and try rebooting again.

If this is the issue, you will need to do a factory default, rebuild the NAS, and restore the files from a backup.

I started the factory reset the Power light is blinking and screen say's
Booting
"Create C 43.1%"
It's been like this for hours now, is it stuck or should I leave it alone to complete?

I'd check the status with RAIDar also. You can hover your mouse over the volume and disk icons.

From a Mac I can't find it at all in RAIDar 6.5.0 on Windows it has the old IP address and image is attached but it just say's creating.
If I hover on the icons it just has the sizes and now the power button is pulsating quickly.
Screen on NAS still say's the same as before and the percentage hasn't changed.

Can you connect the drives to the Windows PC (using either SATA or a USB adapter/dock)?
- gcstang2Jun 28, 2020Aspirantreinstalled os and performed factory reset, working now.
it's in sync phase currently with correct disk size. - gcstang2Jun 29, 2020Aspirant
Turns out there were a few issues.
1. needed factory reset due to diff in block sizes
2. bad disk on position 4
Put in a new disk 2TB and it's resyncing again.
