If you use L2TP you have to forward port 500 UDP and 4500 UDP to the NAS.
Access to the NAS it self is a limitation in the VPN server software I found but you can get it working anyway if you in the Local bridge setup add a TAP interface and in the Virtual hub enable secure NAT. You then have to access the NAS at the TAP interface.
