Amazon Cloud still not working with 6.6.0

Hello,

 

After upgrading I still have that bug: I go to cloud, I click on the "off" switch to put it "On" in the "Sync With Amazon Cloud Drive" menu. I get the Amazon page. Credientials are OK, I auth the app, I get back to the option page in the ReadyNAS OS, and the button is still Off. (Hardware: ReadyNAS Ultra 6 Pro).

 

What am I missing? Am I the only one with this weird bug?

  • I have no indication about that on the page, just a list of services (that I couldnt use). But I did remember that the NAS couldn't check its firmware upgrades, and I finally found that the DNS needs to be added on the network cards... UI wise, this is kinda crappy, sorry to say that. ;)  But now all is fine, I'm just really disapointed that I can't sync just a folder, i need to sync a whole share... :(

     

    Anyway, thanks a lot for the answer / hint. ;)

    Hello Zecaf,

     

    Is the NAS online? How's the Internet and Services under Cloud? Do they show red X marks or green check marks?

        Hello Zecaf,

         

        Thanks for getting back. Yes, there are times that DNS is the culprit of this kind of issue.

         

        Perhaps you can post this being able to sync a subfolder with Amazon Sync as a suggestion at idea exchange board.
