Amazon Drive Cloud link stopped working

Amazon Cloud link stopped working.

It worked for a few years, then as I updated my ReadyNAS and wanted to point the Amazon Cloud to a new directory I discovered it stopped backing up.

I believe I initially pointed the Amazon Cloud backup to the root folder, and that makes it not possible to add additional sessions.  However, when I now point to any folder, it simply won't allow a link to be made.

I've turned off the sync and on again, played with the Amazon Cloud interface, added new test folders to point to - nothing.

Any thoughts on how to get it up and running again?

TIA

  • Hi chathams,

Have you tried leaving then rejoining the ReadyNAS to Amazon Drive?

You can also download the system logs of your NAS then check the amazon-drive.log to see what might have caused the issue.

    Regards,

Apparently I needed to click on the root directory and change that path, not attempt to add another.

      Thanks for your help.
