Amazon Cloud sync not working for larger files (6GB and greater)

ReadyNAS Cloud sync (OS ver 6.10.2, current) is not syncing larger files with Amazon Cloud.  Files are 6GB up to 45GB and under the Amazon 50GB file limit.  Smaller files in the same directories sync as expected.   Amazon log follows.  Note HTTP_TRANSPORT_ERROR that seems significant but meaning is unknow.  FYI - *.tib files are image backups from Arcronis True Image.  This use to work but I don't know when if stopped working.    I have rebooted.  Re-paired with Amazon, Amazon logon/logoff, etc.   No clues but I really would like this to work for end-of-year backups to the cloud.
