There were some issues reported in ARM build of AV Plus v2.0.3. We have since released v2.0.4 which should resolve these issues, it should be available in your apps list, or for manual download from apps.readynas.com.

First, if you are running 6.4.1 or 6.4.2 there is a performance issue with antivirus, and you should leave the service disabled (unless you are testing the fix for Netgear).
If you do want to enable it, then you need to go to the system->services tab to enable the service. Then the Anti-Virus Plus app can configure it.
This is a bit confusing - it would be better if the Plus app also let you enable/disable the service itself.

Hell,
FW 6.4.2
None of the settings of Anti-Virus Plus can be altered. No matter the browser or OS (Win, MAC)
It says that real-time scanning is disabled which is in fact enabled. Cannot set AV to fix or delete the threats, cannot plan scanning. Nothing at all can be changed under AV Plus tab.
I forgot to mention that there also is "wrong certificate" issue.

Of course that should be fixed, but you really shouldn't have the AV service enabled with 6.4.2.

I do not get that? Why should I not enable AV, please?
And "Hell" above was meant to be Hello :)

Because there is a crippling performance dropoff on 6.4.1 and 6.4.2 if you enable it. There are lots of threads here on the subject, and the advice from Netgear is to leave it disabled.
They apparently are close to a fix, but not quite there yet.
