RN2120 Anti-Virus not updating

I have a ReadyNAS RN2120 running firmware version 6.5.1.  My Anti-Virus has not updated since April 5, 2016.  When I launch the Anti-Virus Plus app to manually look for an update, I get the following error: Cannot check definition file. Check network connection and try again later.  I have no problems with the network connection, and the internet is working fine.  I cannot find any settings that appear to have an impact on this issue.  Any suggestions?

  • Does the RN2120 use a static IP address or DHCP?

     

    Often this problem occurs because a static IP address is mis-configured (most often DNS servers are missing, but sometimes the subnet mask or gateway is incorrect).

      It is using a static IP address.  I just checked the settings and IPv4 is "static" but IPv6 is "DHCP."  Not sure if this needs to be changed.
