Either disable the antivirus service for now, or try the 6.5.0 beta release found at https://community.netgear.com/t5/ReadyNAS-Beta-Release/ReadyNASOS-6-5-0-T322-Beta-1/m-p/1059936#U1059936

I have it disabled at the moment, will wait for full release, don't like beta's
