Can not purchase a support contract

It is since a few days (more than 5) that I try to purchase a support contract for my RN424, but each time I get an error message wether PayPal or credit card is working.

 

How can I solve a allert message on Antivirus on OS 6.10.05 without a support contract?

    Netgear is aware of the problem, so don't waste your money.  Wait for them to roll out a fix for all.

     

    If all the computers connected to the NAS have their own antivirus and it's not open to the Internet, there is little risk.  I don't even run antivirus on my NAS.

    You can send to me the system logs of your NAS so we can check this issue. You may upload it to a cloud storage site (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) then send me the download link via private message.
