One of many apps that no longer can be downloaded from apps.readynas.com. I suspect that is related to the 6.10.8 repo damage (which includes all the apps). In any event, I tagged one of the mods a few days ago, alerting them to the problem, but got no reply.
But you can still download the deb file from here:
I decided to use apt-mirror to get the entire Netgear repository for OS 6.10.x, as I am thinking there might be more issues with it in the future (including Netgear potentially taking it entirely off line).

Thanks for the link directly for the deb file. How did you get the link as i might want to download other deb files?
I did find two other ways to get qbittorrent
One is static build. Link here https://github.com/userdocs/qbittorrent-nox-static.
Other is change source list from this https://community.netgear.com/t5/Using-your-ReadyNAS-in-Business/How-I-got-apt-update-and-install-to-work-with-Debian-Jessie/m-p/2325295#M200147.
then install using apt update then install

As discussed in the other thread you linked in, I have apt-mirror installed on my NAS, and used that to download both the Netgear repo and the Debian ones.
Unfortunately, Netgear doesn't allow any folders in apt.readynas.com to be viewed from your browser (unlike the debian repos).
But my mirror maintains the path information (that is, mirror/apt.readynas.com/packages/readynasos/dists/6.10.9/apps/pool has all the apps). With that information, I can easily construct the direct http link.

Likely these are all different versions.
