Couchpotato app unable to uninstall (might be corrupted)

Hi I have install Couchpotato on my ReadyNAS104 but the GUI isn't showing up an when I try to launch it the error message comes up :"Empty resource error. Bad NML Call." I have try to remove it but it just wont work.. I check the log and it just says " System: Cannot uninstall application CouchPotatoServer" I have also restarted the NAS few times

Is there a way to get it removed so I can try to install it again without doing factory reset? I'm just a home user, not that technical when it come to NAS or networking..

I'm running

Model : Ready NAS104

Firmware : 6.6.0

  • Thank you to mdgm  who help out on this, login remotely and help out with the issue.. there were some file missing...

Thank you all for your support on trying to get this resolved for me..

    Hello porkii,

Have you tried another web browser? I tried this on our own RN104 with 6.6.0 firmware version and that seemed to work.

    Welcome to the community!

        Hello porkii,

If you have other apps running, please turn them off then try uninstalling Couchpotato.

        Regards,

  • That still didn't work.. I hear read some where if I reload the firemare that might do the trick.. but I'm worry if I do that I would reformate the drive and lose everything

      Hello porkii,

Re-uploading the firmware to admin page won't lead to data loss, not even OS reinstall unless performed incorrectly.
