CPU specs on the ReadyNAS Pro 4

With inspiration from this post: http://www.readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=29284 I'm creating a thread for the Pro 4 as the other thread ended up being about the Pro 6.
If anyone has experiences and/or information about the motherboard and what CPU's that will work with the board, you are very welcome to post it here.

Personally I'm thinking about upgrading my CPU and my RAM, but I'm in rather deep water since I can't figure out what CPU's that might work with the system.
