Which firmware are you running?
What reason for the uninstall failing is shown in the logs e.g. in systemd-journal.log ?

I use last firmware 6.6.1 and i have RN10400
It does not specify in logs why. I simply see as an error http://my.jetscreenshot.com/22454/20170205-lube-177kb
Maybe i do not know where to look about more specific details but that is all i can see.
