i can't update firmware for readynas duo Rnd2000 v2 4.1.16 field local upload field

Welcome to the Community!
That 5.3.13 firmware is for ReadyNAS Duo v2. That will not work with your NAS which is a Duo v1.
The last firmware for the Duo v1 is the RAIDiator 4.1.16. There are no more updates for that model because it is already EoL.
