I'm trying to install iRedMail on my ReadyNAS 314 but it just fails without saying why. It just fails. Any ideas?

Hello jwedwards,
I don't see it from the available ReadyNAS apps. It is possible that the app you are installing is for a another OS.
Where did you get the app and what's the firmware version of your NAS?

ReadyNas 314 Firmware v6.5.2
It's definitely listed as an available app

True, but it is not compatible with 6.6.0, and that will be coming out very soon. https://community.netgear.com/t5/Community-Add-ons/Community-app-compatibility-with-ReadyNAS-OS-6-6-0/m-p/1140716
So I don't recommend chasing this (or any other apps on the incompatibility list).

It is possible that there are some apps that are no longer available due to the coming 6.6.0 release. You are able to find the apps that are not compatible in the 6.6.0 release bellow:
https://community.netgear.com/t5/Community-Add-ons/Community-app-compatibility-with-ReadyNAS-OS-6-6-0/td-p/1140716The installation should still be okay since you are still running 6.5.2. Can send us your logs so we can see what messages come up durring the installation? (Instructions are in my signature.) Also; if you had not installed recently; attempting to install the app and getting the error message that you are concerned about will help get the freash state of your unit in the logs.
