Launching Plex app on RN212 evokes ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE
I'm running the Plex app (1.0.0.2261) on my RN212 (firmware 6.5.1) and it's working fine over my network - finds and catalogs new files as I add them to Library folders etc... However - I can't a...

However, the original issue still presents itself - clicking the Plex icon still throws the error above. I just purchased my ReadyNAS a few months ago (and love it). I wondered if a Plex forum might yield results... but as this now seems to be RNapp related... I'm not sure.

Note the pictures at the end. Try going in with plex.tv, navigate to settings->network and make sure that secure connections is set to "preferred"

Are you accessing it ok when you use plex.tv?

Interesting - I'd forgotten about that option since moving to a NAS-based install - but yes - that does give me access at the admin level, so that aspect is solved.
I'm curious about that, and it's relationship to the page that still doesn't load from within RN212 admin.

Using the plex.tv access, try looking at the server mapping (should be in the settings under remote access). Confirm that the server is using 32400 locally.

Confirmed.
Remote Access shows a green check mark (Fully accessible outside network), and address under Server Mapping / Private ends in :32400 (though Public is different).
Note. "Manually specify public port" is UNchecked, but the 32400 address is listed in the field.
