Login Itunes media Server ReadyNAS ULTRA 4

Hello.

I've been googling around a bit but I cant find a solution to this...

I cant seem to login to my Itunes Media Server. I have checked the password from /etc/mt-daapd, but I cant find a userename there, so I tried blank, admin, Admin, user, User, users, mt-daapd and well pretty much all I can think of. The weird thing (?) is that my password is listed two times, where the *general' password has a space in it before the two last letters. How can that be?

Anyway, is there a hidden username somewhere I cant find, or can i reset the whole config for the server, and in that case what would the username/password be?

/etc/mt-daapd:

[general]
web_root = /usr/share/mt-daapd/admin-root
port = 3689
admin_pw = #########
db_type = sqlite3
db_parms = /var/cache/mt-daapd
mp3_dir = /c/media/_Media/Musikk/Mp3
servername = NAS Itunes Server
runas = root
extensions = .mp3,.m4a,.m4p,.flc,.flac,.wav
ssc_codectypes = flac
ssc_prog = /usr/bin/mt-daapd-ssc.sh
logfile = /var/log/mt-daapd.log
rescan_interval = 86400
scan_type = 2
password = ######### ##

[scanning]
process_playlists = 1

[plugins]
plugin_dir = /usr/share/mt-daapd/plugins
plugins = out-daap.so,rsp.so,ssc-script.so

    Hello Finny,

    When you get to the FrontView and click Services > Streaming services, does iTunes have an option for settings? Maybe you can post a screen capture. What is the firmware version, by the way?

    Welcome to the community!

    Regards,

      Hello, and thanks for both your reply and nice welcome:)

      I am running what I believe is the latest firmvare on this old thing: RAIDiator-x86 4.2.31

      As you can see on the screen capture there is no option for settings, exept the link to '192.168.0.11/3689' which sends me directly to the login window, and then the failure in image 2.

      (I dont have a "tree" to click on in the menu bar to insert images as according to the instructins in the forum, so i'll link to them)

      Error: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0xgnObEOOaycVkxdV9SbHV0UWM (Sorry it's in Norwegian, but you get the drift, wrong username/password, try again)

      Turning off the service gives me no options at all: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0xgnObEOOayREdKZTlMcHNlSDA

        Hello Finny,

        Username is 'admin'.

        You can download your System > Config Backup in Frontview, extract the zip contents and look at that file.
