Netgear Pro Pioneer RNDP600E-100NAS not powering up
When I power on the RNDP600E-100NAS the display lights up with ReadyNas and thats it. The large fan (top rear) is on, but not the lower fan. The Ethernet ports dont even flicker. I replaced the po...

The lower fan is the power supply fan. Some power supplies will auto shut-down if that fan does not work, but I would expect a full shut-down.
The NAS will say "ReadyNAS" if just the +5V works. The chassis fan runs on 12V. The PSU supply usually does, too, but there may be two 12V busses (there is on the original Seasonic unit and most others of the proper wattage for the NAS) with one dead and one OK. Does it behave the same with no drives?
What power suply did you use for the replacement, and what are the rated currents for each of the voltages (shown on a label on the supply)? It sounds like you may have chosen a supply that has insufficient 12V power for your NAS. Or, you may just have infant mortality of the new supply. It is also possible that a fault in the NAS is pulling one 12V bus down, which may have even been the reason your previous supply failed.
This most likely does sound like a power supply issue and your NAS is probably otherwise fine. But since the drives are driven by 12V, the volume could have been damaged.
- TcurleyJul 21, 2020AspirantDo you know the part number and seller of the proper (best) Power supply for this 6 drive unit. I want to make sure I replace power with the best new one to hopefully solve this issue for more than a couple of months.

I do not have a current recommended supply. I had one (by KDM), and it now also appears to be out of production. The APEVIA SFX-AP400W seems like a cost effective choice based on the specs, but I've not used one. It doesn't have as high a rating on +5V and +3.3V as the original Seasonic (and neither did my recoomended supply), but the NAS doesn't use that much of those, anyway. The 12V is typically more important, for the drives. There is just one 12V bus, but that really shouldn't make a difference.
There is a vendor on eBay that still sells the KDM supply already modified for use in a ReadyNAS.
If you want "the best", the SilverStone ST45SF V3 would be a step up. It does have a larger fan, but others have reported here that that doesn't adversely affect it. The older model of this has a smaller, but offset fan. There are even higher wattage units by EVGA and Corsair, if you want to spend that much.
In general. though the original is only rated at 300W, you'll need a 400W or greater as a replacement to have the proper 12V rating. Most will not have three 4-pin Molex connectors, so you either need to re-wire (using the angle connectors from the original) or use a splitter.

Thank you for your reply and answers. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for reconnecting a Seasonic SSP-300SFB power supply?

You just plug it in, the connections on the 6-bay legacy units are standard ATX12V. You'll need an extension for the 24-pin ATX connector and either a splitter for the 4-pin Molex power to the backplane or to use the 90° ones from the old supply to add them in place of SATA ones.
