Have you made any changes to the MySQL configuration?

Since the default locations for the MySQL and Koken apps will quickly run out of disk space ( https://community.netgear.com/t5/Using-your-ReadyNAS/System-volume-root-usage-is-81/td-p/959809#p446577 ), I created shares /data/koken and /data/mysql and symlinked to them, as suggested in this forum. Otherwise no changes. This worked fine for several months.
I copied /var/lib/mysql to /data/mysql and created symbolic link in /var/lib.
root@nas-XX-XX-XX:/var/lib# cd /var/lib/ root@nas-XX-XX-XX:/var/lib# ls -al mysql lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 11 Mar 6 22:00 mysql -> /data/mysql
I moved /apps/koken/web to /data/koken/web and created a symbolic link in /apps/koken.
root@nas-XX-XX-XX:/apps/koken# cd /apps/koken root@nas-XX-XX-XX:/apps/koken# ls -al web lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 15 Mar 5 15:09 web -> /data/koken/web

Small correction. Koken symlink was created because the apps dir cannot be used in rsync. See: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Current-NETGEAR-and-Partners/Unable-to-select-apps-koken-as-directory-for-rSync-only-share/m-p/1058481#M4645 .
I'm also using a backup procedure that copies Koken web content and it's related MySQL DB from one RN to another, so they are kept in sync overnight.
