Plex on my RN516 no longer works

I have a RN516 working with Plex just fine, that had a disk drive failure and now that I have fixed that Plex no longer works. I get an error code 22002010000.  I think that is generic error. The Plex server is at the current rev ( I even downgraded it  to remove any errors and put in the current "plexmediaserver_1.42.210156-f737b826c_amd64.deb" using the SUDO technique).

Question is 'What more can I do?'

It says that "The app failed to start. Please update or contact developer." And gives the error code.

The prompt for 'more info' takes me to the website.

If I have to move off Plex - ouch. I noticed that a suggestion was to use Plex Media with another server being the Media server.
