Qbittorrent update

I got off my butt and set up a build environment in a virtualbox and was able to build v3.1.12 fine. I installed super's addon and then dropped libtorrent-rasterbar.so.7 into /usr/lib and updated qbittorrent-nox. Those two files were all that was needed and it runs fine.
