ReadyCLOUD iPhone - Duplicate File Names on Backups
I use the ReadyCLOUD app on my iPhone to backup my photos. It creates the same filename on the NAS for every photo with a (x). Example name: Img123456(1).jpg Img123456(2).jpg img123456(3).jpg. These are all different photos, but because they all have the same file name it makes things very difficult for locating a file.
What can I do to correct this problem? I've got 100's of photos with the same file name. This backup system is not good for me.
Thanks,
Tom

Did you get any resolution for this issue? I have literally thousands of photos, across multiple ipads/iphones, all with the same file name. It started in December 2019.

No, I never got an answer. I forgot that I had already posted this problem, and I just posted a new question about this same problem.
I also have 1,000's of duplicated files on my NAS wasting disk space.
Netgear needs to fix this problem.
I'm running the latest firmware on the NAS and the latest version of iOS on my iPhone and the latest version of the app. If the app can't handle a simple job of "send new photos to the NAS using the proper file name", then they need to hire some better developers.
