ReadyNAS 1100 does not appear in Vault devices list
My ReadyNAS 1100 has the latest OS4 with latest Vault add-on.
I have registered a Vault Account.
iMac with Raidar and Safari browser.
I have successfull installed the Vault add-on and the service appears enabled, when I click the “Manage ReadyNAS Vault” button, the browser opens to the vault website (devices page) but nothing displays.
Manually entering the Vault website, the ReadyNAS does not appear in the list of devices. The iMac appears as a device since using the Apple Vault App.
I’m stumped! Is it a firewall issue? Browser issue? OS issue?
Would greatly appreciate some help...

Hi Soggytiri ,
So sorry to hear you are running into a problem. The ReadyNAS Vault support team will be happy to help you debug the issue.
Can you DM with your account or shoot us a note at support@readynasvault.com? That way we can a) confirm that you do have the latest version installed (i.e. not getting a false positive in installation) and b) check for any error logs in the attempt to add your device to the account.
Thanks,
ReadyNAS Vault
