ReadyNAS Amazon Cloud Drive Not Turning On
Hi,
I have a ReadyNAS 516 running OS 6.9.3
I've been running a sync to my Amazon Cloud Drive since the feature was implemented, however, over time my Amazon drive has become very cluttered and messy. I decided to turn off the sync and choose the 'leave' option in order to clear down my Amazon Drive and start the sync again.
I've done exactly that; my Amazon Drive is now empty. I logged into my NAS box, went to turn on the Amazon Drive sync again, I added my email and password, but then the toggle switch just won't turn on. I've rebooted it, tried different browsers, different computers, but the Amazon Drive toggle switch remains firmly on the OFF position.
I read on another topic that it may have been caused by log files, so I cleared the log files, but no change.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi marksjsy,
Welcome to the Community!
Can you download the NAS system logs and provide it to us? You may check this link for the procedure on how you can send it.
You may also do an OS reinstall after downloading the logs and see if that will help. Here is the article for the steps on you can access the boot menu and select the OS reinstall.

Thank you. I've emailed the logs.
Incidentally I also have a ReadyNAS 212 which I tried to perform the same actions, and exactly the same thing happened. It's running 6.9.3 too. I have attached log files from both boxes.
They are both in a production environment so would rather not perform OS reinstallations unless absolutely necessary.
Thanks

Hi marksjsy,
Thank you for providing the logs. I see this log message on the fvamazon.log of both NAS devices.
