Your disks are healthy.
The 4GB OS volume wouldn't mount and I couldn't repair it, so I wiped that. All your settings and logs have been wiped, but your data volume is still there.

Hello Groffo,
After firmware upgrade the NAS was still fine the problem occured while you are doing a backup job. The concern may require assistance from the engineers and/or higher tier who can remote in to the NAS and fix this from the backend. You should contact support right away and OS re-install should not been done since it will erase important logs. Can the raidar still detect the NAS on the network?

Hello Groffo,
Can you please try to download the logs of the NAS and provide us a copy, you may use file sharing website like wikisend and just PM me the download link.

Marty, thank you so much for your help.
Raidar is detecting the NAS, however, it will not allow me to access the admin page via raidar or by htttp://192.168.1.32/admin
Is there some other way to obtain logs?
Raidar is just showing the "previously formatted disk(s) detected (dirty disks)" error in status

Hello Groffo,
It does appear that the NAS requires to be on telnet/tech support mode and assistance from our engineers and/or higher tier who can remote in to the NAS and fix this from the backend.
