Readynas Public Link down?
My ReadynasPhotoII says my HostName for web forwarding is not registered. It has been registered for over a year. It appears the site linking to our servers is down. Anyone else having the same issue?...

I just spent 75 minutes on the phone with Netgear and it took the first hour just to finally convince the tech guy that I wasn't doing anything wrong. He had me on hold for a while before finally coming back and concluding that the Photos II service is just not working. How did he find out? He went to the Netgear forums! :roll:
What kind of company has major outages and doesn't let either the users or the technical support staff know? If this was a free app for my phone, I'd shrug and say c'est la vie. But this is an advertised feature of a $500 product.
This is my first experience with ReadyNAS, and I am massively underimpressed.
