Hi there, I have 2 ReadyNAS 314s, one replicating to the other via replicate.readynas.com. When I have both NASs on the same network replicating via LAN I have no issues at all. OS: ReadyNAS...

What happened shortly before the problem started happening? Did you install a firmware update or make some changes on your network?
Can you send in the logs from both units (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?

Hi Mdgm,
Thanks for your reply.
One of my colleagues used to look after this customer but unfortunately he left the company and I took over so I can only tell you so much.
I do remember a few months ago the firmware was updated on both devices as there was an issue where we couldn't see one of the NAS shares via ReadyCLOUD.
Scrolling through backup reports I can see that on the 16/08/2016 we had the first failure untill the 30/08/2016 which was the last successfully backup via P2P and then failures again untill today. Like previously mentioned I took the NAS 2 on site (22/09) and it worked fine via LAN.
When I asked my colleagues about the problem they did mentin that this wasnt the first time and it used to happen from time to time and the issue was resolved by going on site and letting it replicate via LAN. (Which has been done by me but when returning back to P2P the issue persists)
I have pmed and e-mailed both log files.
Thanks for your time.

Thanks for the logs. It appears the cause is a configuration file that was created on very old firmware not being updated to work with 6.5.x. I have sent you a PM.
